Panther Problems Continue!!!

Looks like delivery problems mentioned yesterday are not a one off and are more widespread than Sky or Panther are admitting despite the reassuring post!

Was expecting delivery of Sky Glass tomorrow (Friday). Had a phone call from Sky this afternoon to confirm that all was okay and on schedule. Just had an email from Panther saying that due to a problem at the Sky warehouse my delivery will be delayed until next Tuesday. So either Sky or Panther are telling porkies.

Can't get in touch with Panther as keep getting a message back saying they are only open until 8pm. Doesn't exactly tie in with them sending texts out after this time to customers to confirm their delivery slots does i

Sorely tempted now to cancel everything!!

I had the same problem Panther are saying that tv has not come from the supplier.

All this after getting a phone call from Sky this afternoon saying that everything was on schedule for delivery tomorrow. Doesn't make any sense for Sky to tell me that my items are on schedule for delivery tomorrow only for Panther to tell me this evening that this isn't the case. Makes me wonder whether Sky and Panther actually talk to each other. Seems to be a lot of both sides blaming each other for delivery failures.

@mally+01  My Sky App says delivery scheduled for tomorrow. If I then go into track my order with Panther it says delivery rescheduled for next Tuesday

@AaronC88 @mally+01 If Sky have got any sense (a long shot I know!) they should have some sort of financial penalty that they can impose on Panther due to cancellations resulting from delivery issue

Spoken to panther earlier and they blaming it on sky and delivering

Still find it strange that texts are going out at this time from Panther to confirm delivery and yet there appears no way of speaking to them!
