Overcharged

Hi so basically, my sky bill is meant to be £49 a month and I was meant to get charged £19.95 on 22nd of October and then November I was meant to get charged my £49 plus any extra that I had used before the bill kicked in but I'm getting charged £55 on the 22nd of October and then it said £80 for 1st of December and then £55 months after but when I checked tnight, it said £114 on 1st of December and then £68 In the months after that but my contact is £49 a month so I can't understand this.. please help me cos I can't afford that?

As other customers we can't see your bills - you can look at the itemised list to see what's going on.

First bills can be higher due to fixed costs and monthly in advance charging but should settle down to the expected rate after that.

If you cannot fathom it out you'll need to call Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

@Megan55

Could one of your discounts have ended and you are now paying full price? The amounts do seem to be a bit all over the place.
