Overcharged Bill

Hi, 

I was with sky for over 10 years and I left over a year ago. They rang me and offered me a deal of €18 a month for 12 months. I took the deal. Now a few months into this so called deal and they have increased my bill. Anyone else have this problem? Sorry I rejoined back now..... I will be telling friends, family and work colleagues about this.... I am extremely annoyed about this

As you are in Ireland this increase might be due to the annual price rise and if it is you would still be getting the same reduction on it as the increase will be across the board for everyone.
