Our remote control is no longer working the volume on my TV

Our remote stopped working, First, we couldn't change the channels. but were able to control the sound. 

We repaired the remote control by following the online instructions. Now the channels are working but we can no longer work the volume or mute button. 

I again followed all the instructions in your online help account and Nothing works. 

Please advise what the next steps are.

Hi @JohnBrigitte 

Have you tried completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried re-pairing and I still cannot control the volume.

When I get this problem found turning everything of from mains that connected to sky and tv, then all back in usually work's.

(Problems like this constantly happening makes me miss sky+HD even more wear didn't get them.)
