Our TV subscription has been changed without our permission.

We were paying Pounds 83.77 per month. The direct debit did not go through in August 2022 as our debit card # changed. We called and brought it up to date by paying Pounds 100.87 on 14 September. We asked for the direct debit to be reinstated and have just found that we have been charged Pounds186 today (13 October) !!!  We need the subscription changed back to Pounds 83.77.

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum and there will be no automatic contact from Sky. Coukd a discount have finished at the same time? Give Sky a call.

@UK+sky  Changing your debit card would not stop your direct debit payments as the 2 are not linked.

 

Have you checked that discounts have not ended.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
