Ordering accessories and piggy bank rewards

Anyone successfully managed to order accessories and has used their banked data to get money off? 

I cannot get anywhere trying to purchase accessories... says add but doesn't do anything?!

If you are trying to do this via the Sky website have you tried clearing your browsers cache then closed it down before trying again. If this doesn't work try using a different web browser.
