Open reach engineers didn’t turn up to get my broadband installed

@Mohammedfahad  If today was activation day & it was FTTC (Superfast) it may be that they didn't need to visit and can connect remotely.  It takes up to midnight for Sky's systems to update.

 

If the visit was for a FTTP install then you would need to call Sky tomorrow to find out why.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
