How do I get a WIFi booster

I'm new to sky, when the engineer came he said it should reach every room but that if it didn't the provider should supply a booster. 
the WIFi isn't great in the upstairs room, how do I get a booster ?

Are  you paying the extra £5 pm for broadband boost?

 

Call sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

 

To request your booster or to upgrade to broadband boost
