Old wire left on roof

Before Christmas we had to have a new dish weather etc, everything is going well. Last few nights the previous wire for the old dish has been left up, and is now dangling from the roof knocking on a window. Does this warrant an engineer visit and will there be a charge.

The wire belongs to you so there will be a charge of £65 to get Sky out or you could find a company local to you to do it if you can find someone who can do it cheaper,

@Dynamiterieper was there a reason why the old dish and cabling were left by the engineer when you had a new dish installed?

For example, did the engineer deem the old dish to be inaccessible.
