ONT ISSUE

I'm trying to set up my Sky Q Hub. I've plugged power cable into the ONT with the optical and Ethernet cable plugged in. I should have be seeing 3 green lights (Power Pon and Port) but I'm only seeing the power light and nothing else?

You should have rec'd the sr203.  Is that the flat model?

Additionally if today is activation day it can take up to midnight

@cookiemonsteruk I have Sky Q model that stands up instead of laying down.

 

model: SR203

 

activation date is today but would that effect my ONT not showing green lights?

PON will turn green when activated
