Nothing happening??

Hi .. anyone else turned on Sky Q box then can't get it to work at all.. won't switch off?! .. won't change channel?! .. nothing???

Have tried turning off/on .. pushing and holding buttons.. even taken viewing card out.. nothing??

Have you tried turning off from the plug socket for 15 seconds and then turning back on?

Hi @Willis.tb16 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

As above power down your Sky Q box and leave off power for a few minutes.
Then, power back on.
