Not receiving text messages
Set up my sons new sim card in february and he can receive some text messages but not others, such as from me and my husband (which are needed). Texts from my daughters phone and his grandma can be received. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I would make sure that your phone is displaying the correct number within the settings on the phone itself and isn't showing the wrong number.
If it is and this is possibly a long shot but perhaps it is worth requesting a new sim and giving that a try:

I had a similar issue on my iPhone. Try this: go to Settings - Messages - then set iMessage on 'allowed to send and receive'.

I have changed over from Vodafone on oct8 not receiving texts from some contacts had a new sim card that still hasn't helped

FIX
Log into your Sky account and go to "mobile" you should see a option to "resend configuration file" click it and when it arrives on your mobile as a message select "install" - This sorted my phone (android) out and now have a shed load of messages come through... Hope that helps people.

This should be what you need:
- Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
- Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
- Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.

@caesarome where is best to go after this as I'm still not receiving messages 😞 I've had people reply but I've not received them (they have used alternative methods to get in touch)
