I got iPhone se . Switched my old phone number from o2 to sky . Switch took place this morning . I am able to call and text from my phone with switched number . But I am not able to receive any call or text from other people . When they try to call my number it's saying number you calling is not recognise.
i have tried everything mention in sky help, sky forum . Change settings on my iPhone . Switched off and started again .
can any one please help as I am getting important call tomorrow for job .
cant call sky

Sometimes when a moved from one network to another takes place as has done this morning the phone itself is displaying the wrong number (the one that came with the sky sim and not your one from O2), to see if this is the case go to Settings - Phone - My Number and if it is wrong try changing it and then reboot the phone.

Thanks for your replay . I have changed my number in settings and reboot still can't receive any calls or text . On face time and iMessage it's still showing sky number with loading sign can't change that . Hopefully I can get it sorted till morning

I have switched from O2 to Sky mobile. I can make calls but not receive them. If I call my number it goes to O2 voicemail. Which is useless.

I would still check that your phone itsel;f is displaying the correct number within it's setting because if the O2 number is still shown then this might be the cause of your issue.

Hi.
I had faced the exact problem. Called Sky technical team unlimited number of times. They did not manage to sort out the issue. Ended up going back to the previous network provider. Lost time and money.
Hope your experience will be better than mine with Sky.

I am having the exact same problem.
I have migrated from GiffGaff to Sky on Tuesday (2021-06-22) and since then I cannot receive calls.
I can call, receive and send SMS and use my data package but receiving calls 😞
I have called the support team 3 times and the final answer was "New Simcard". I am really disappointed
