Ive recently swapped my phone told i had £70 to pay off contract. Bill is £151??

Ive just swapped and sent back device and it was valued at stated amount meaning i have £70 to pay off my contract.

So why is my bill est at £151.

My new contract is £40 + £6 data?

Hi @Gailsn  what is the breakdown of your bill saying the cost is for ?

Told me phone worth £310 and id get £240. So prepared for £70 to pay plus tarriff for new phone below.

Phone in great condition

and has been valued at £240.

Stating £345 + £34.91 payment made on 16th Jan 22.

+ £40 + £6 for new phone.

So now requesting £151..

@Gailsn  If you dispute the lower valuation have you called Sky?   Did you take a photo of the phone before sending it to keep as evidence of the condition of the phone.

Phone worth £240,  so difference is £70. Prepared to pay £70 and new contract £40+ £6 data.

Sky want £151??
