Hi can anyone help on my sky Q box it comes up not available for purchases when I go into to buy and keep a movie on offers

The on screen message reads

this is not available for purchase as your account is not enabled for purchases

What you need to do here is to contact the Sky Store support people and ask them to enable your account for Sky Store purchases, there are a few ways to contact them as you can see here:
