I am a VM customer with access to SKY channels through my package. I was able to access channels on the GO using the App in the past. For some reason it now shows error code 7005 if I go in through my VM sign in or it shows error code 1404 if I sign in through my SKY account. I have followed the online advice on multiple occasions without success. I use Macbook Air. I did try to phone customer services but I was repeatedly cut off. Not a good look. Any ideas?
