I'm getting very fed up with Sky I've had the TV and a puck for a week
The TV working perfectly but the puck hasn't worked since I got the TV
Because I've complained about the puck not working only one department of Sky can get into my account I've got Sky to admit the puck isn't working by having a 45 min phone call last Friday night
I was meant to get a phone call about the puck but I'm still waiting and just come off the phone with Sky after ringing them myself and no one can get into my account after speaking to three people and ringing 2 phone numbers

It sounds like Tier 2 of glass support are involved, I can't escalate your post as there is not direct access to them via the forum chat.
What issues are you having with the puck?

It's not working as it should and Sky know this after my phone call last Friday

Just got off the phone from someone from Sky and they've told me there's a problem with their system at the moment so I'm getting another phone call on Wednesday about replacing the puck as they said they can't sort free one till then
