I have recently signed up to sky tv and have the essentials package. But when I try to watch any of the sky channels (sky showcase, witness, Atlantic etc) it says I need to upgrade? I thought those channels came with the essentials package

Unfortunately not - Essentials is effectively Freesat via a SKY Q box
