I need to book a engineer visit I have done everything on the app and online like it says still not worked

@Antdean You are talking to fellow customers here. Did you get it sorted? If not try ringing Sky. The best times are just after 7am or mid evening. What issue are you having? Someone on the forum may be able to advise you.

A No Signal message is usually a TV message rather than Sky, where your TV isn't set to the correct source (ie not showing the HDMI input that your box is connected to). Turn the Sky box on and cycle through your inputs until it displays Sky.
