I need to book a engineer visit I have done everything on the app and online like it says still not worked

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreA No Signal message is usually a TV message rather than Sky, where your TV isn't set to the correct source (ie not showing the HDMI input that your box is connected to). Turn the Sky box on and cycle through your inputs until it displays Sky.
