Hello
just received my new sky box and it is coming up I have no satellite signal.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTurn the box off at the plug and disconnect the dish cables. Looking through the open end of each plug, check that the centre wire is central and not bent. If all looks ok, carefully reconnect the dish cables making sure to line each plug up accurately with the socket before pushing it in and screwing up the nut finger tight. Turn back on at the plug. If you're still seeing a no satellite signal message, the box may be faulty.
