I cannot record programmes and watch another at the same time. The other channels go blank. I have no input signal 2 on the settings. I gave tried reboots, changing the settings etc and to no avail.
I need an engineer here to look at this please.
I'm paying alot of monies and they have gone up again recently and want this sorted before Christmas to allow me to at least watch and record other programmes in these troubled times please.

Can someone call me or what is number to call that goes direct to as everytime I go through it directs to test and then this messaging.

Find out more@Andros12345 I would say there's very little chance of getting this fixed before Christmas unless you find a local independent satellite installer to do it. Call out charge would vary, but Sky charge £65 (inc all parts and labour) to give you something to compare it to.
