No programmes of this type available

I'm getting the following message when I try to pick a series from the main page both on the tv and the pucks. Sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available. The only way to view these are to use the voice control. Has anybody had the same message and is there a fix?

The few times this has happened to me, I have noticed that there is no Playlist available on the Home Screen. A reboot seems to sort it out.

Today this message has appeared for me too, for the series "Wolfe". I checked and this boxed set is still available via Sky Go (iPhone). So I've no idea what to do in order to continue watching this on the Sky Glass. I was already 2 episodes in before clicking on this item brought up this meassge.

There is also no way to remove it from the playlist, as no soft buttons are available on clicking the show.

I tried rebooting (interrupting powers supply) but still no change. I couldn't work out what voice command to do anything.

Any tips, please help!

Same issue reported to me (!) with "Murder, She Wrote".

'No programmes of this type available' when clicking from Play List.....yet if do a search by voice then everything appears as normal.

Tried a couple of reboots but no change.

Hopefully this is a bug that is being worked on.

@FMUK  same for me with murder she wrote on play now rail if I go to playlist then tv shows it shows up in there I think it may be a bug

Any answers to this sky - tried everything and of course your Helpdesk is closed now ! Did my best to convince the wife that sky go was the way to go but struggling to defend given numerous challenges. Btw Everything fine in core Sky Glass TV - sense this is a hub problem. I've re booted the internet,  powered down and back up the Sly puck but the issue isn't resolved.

 HAving exactly the same issue with the puck, rung sky who talked me through various things but none worked, it was left that it must be an issue that will work its self out 🙄 48hrs on and still the same, will be ringing them again

Get the same on Seconds from Disaster. The one show that isn't available on Demand on my planner - all "recorded" from TV.  

Using the "Hello Sky" functionality ususally get them to show - although seems to change the episodes available - Titantic is always there, but sometimes another episode.

UPDATE......did a complete factory reset with the puck and its worked, perhaps i should get a job with sky tec, as that was the only thing they didnt do!

My issue with murder she wrote is across all my devices ie glass tv and 2 pucks
