No phone line

Currently have no working phone line, broadband still working though.

have checked & done all sky suggests, but still no working phone line & can not ring sky from my mobile! 
help needed please

@My+T notvdure why you cant call Sky from your mobile as their 03 numbers a re charged at standard rates but to help I am excalating your post so expectvan invitation to a private chat through the forum tomorrow. Lookmout for a blue chat button.
