No email about buying sky glass

Wow must be a big list I'm diamond customer and still waiting, they maybe should of worked from a list of when people signed up for sky glass

My email has just come through - 15 year diamond. 

Like others have said, if you dont want to wait use the link or the shop route. 

The email has a code. Not asked for during order (not confirmed stage) and price of first puck same as using link flying about.

I have the same pre-ordered on 18th diamond 21yrs ,went into local shopping center and ordered skyglass there , arriving saturday ,sick of waiting for 2nd email !!

Just received my order email from Sky. (3 days late.)

Could not wait for email used link floating  around and ordered yesterday arriving Saturday. The link gives 1st puck free but Sky email says 1st puck is £20.

Not sure. But I ordered with my email linked to my Sky account.

It won't let me to do that, it just says I can't use that address as it's already link to my sky account, even tho I'm logged in too..

Still no email about sky glass tv.

A platinum user for 12 years and this Is how you get repaid.

Absolutely useless again from sky.

I don't drive and my nearest sky shop is 9 miles away.

Will not be buying at this rate and sticking to sky Q.

You say it's for VIP users but there is a you tube video of a guy who hasn't had sky because he couldn't get the signal already having the tv. What's going on?

Clearly these emails aren't be checked against sky accounts as I've all ready ordered from a sky pod with delivery on Monday (Hopefully)

I gave up waiting for the email (I am platinum VIP) and went to booth in my nearest shopping centre this morning. The guy was brilliant,  sky glass will be delivered next Friday and somehow my sky bill will be £9 per month less including the TV after we removed some bits we no longer needed. I then got an email regarding the pre register after I got home saying that they haven't forgotten about me.😄
