No Signal

I have No Signal on my Sky+ box for over a week now, and no access to the planner or downloaded shows- nothing. ( Since Storm Barra) I cannot get through to the Sky helpline at all, so this problem has not even been logged yet. I arranged for a Sky Q box to be fitted in the New Year as a Sales guy was the only person from Sky I could make contact with, However in the meantime I am paying the Sky Bill which includes Sky Sports and Cinema, so is very pricey. Will Sky refund the fees for the period  have had no service?  The Sky Q box won't be installed until January 2022. I have been a customer of Sky for over 15 years, and I am posting this as a means to log the fault. I don't know how else to log it.

You can contact Sky using the number here (See the "Need more help?" dropdown near the bottom of the page)

Note: Make sure you have the correct country flag selected in the bottom-right of the page

Yes, from the point you report the fault until it's fixed. What problem are you having getting through to customer services? We may be able to advise you.

Are you in Ireland? Are you using the contact number from the page @Annie+UK linked to?
