Spoke to Sky about 15::30 this afternoon as live tv won't load but apps were working perfectly and was told my broadband provider had done a software update so had to reboot router and tv. Pointed out that this was clearly an excuse as I had already rebooted everything several times but to no avail. Decided to humour the agent who seemed more bothered about being stuck in the office on a sunny day and reset everything again but still no joy. Was then told that they had been notified that the problem (which Sky didn't have) had been resolved at 12:50 so I would just have to keep trying, now 21:40 and still not working. Thanks very much for the non existent customer service.

Tried live tv this morning and live tv still down - rang sky to complain last night for 45 minutes- they don't seem bothered!!

is sky glass possibly the worst tv ever?? Down for nearly a day now - why don't sky update as all ?? Their silence tells me 

everything- I'm not paying another bill increase till this is sorted! A shambles !!

Still down?? Mine's been back on since around tea time last night, all four pucks working fine this morning too.

Mines ok now thanks , was still off at about 8.30pm last night , was bk on not long after.

Sky stream not working both boxes saying service unavailable!!! So frustrating

Have you switched them off at the socket, waited a min then back on?

Try pressing the power button underneath the Stream, does it come on now?

No problem @Kel36 

 

Sorry to be a pain, could you turn them off again at the socket and leave them off then turn your router off wait a few mins then back on? Then once that's on turn the Streams back on. 

 

This refreshes your connection and hopefully will work, failing that I'll escalate your problem to Sky.

Hi ya thanks did as you said it now says sorry because of a technical issue you're currently experiencing a limited service (but I'm not getting any service at all just blue screen with that message) thank you

Same problem on sky sttreaming puck all apps etc working fine just no live TV channels just a blue screen!
