New sky hub won’t connect to internet

Just upgraded to super fast broadband from an older sky fibre package. Received a newer hub and just tried setting it up and it won't connect to the internet, tried unplugging everything and resetting the hub with the button on the the back but it still shows a solid amber internet light. I've given up and plugged in the old router again, which is still working fine. Any ideas please??? Sky engineer is coming Wednesday to install sky q and I'm sure it needs to be up and running before hand??

@Emma2781If it is working with the older router leave that in for now and you can try and connect it when your Sky Q is being installed. It could be that there is a problem with the new router.
