New puck - pin locked

Hi, 

 

I've just got Sky glass and one puck. The tv is working perfectly but the puck isn't. The pin is constantly locked. I've tried doing a forgot pin but it won't recognise the  last 4 digits of the bank account even though they are correct. I've tried turning everything off and starting again but it just gets to the pin which is still locked. 

Does anyone know a way to fix this issue please?

Not got a puck but on the glass it's was the last four didgets of my phone number not bank account, might be worth a punt to try.

@sallyk45 the PIN for all Glass units attached to your account is the same. If your puck wont allow access to the Parental Control settings on the puck using the same number as works on the TV then the puck may not be attached to your account properly so may need setting up again.
