New phone

Hello there,

 

I very recently bought a new phone with sky. I wanted to do an upgrade from my old iPhone SE with sky mobile to a new iPhone 13. I have purchased and received my iPhone 13 however, after researching have realised I need to send back my old phone to pay off my remaining contract with the iPhone SE. I cannot find on the website where I can request packaging to send my old phone back to you.

Hi @D1709  you need to call sky to arrange this, can't be done online. Call on 150.
