New box ..will I lose everything ??

Hi , I am having connectivity problems and Sky are sending me a new SkyQHD box. Am I going to lose all my recordings please ? There are a lot to lose. Regards Debbie

I'm afraid you will, you might be able to download these shows from catch and boxsets depending on what they are.

Don't forget to take a look at your scheduled recordings as all of your series links will also disappear with the new box.

 

I found the easiest way of sorting out the recordings/series links is to take photos of the screen on my mobile phone so I have something to refer to when the new box arrives.
