New Sky Mobile iPhone 12 and data

Hi, I am looking for a new phone contract for my wife. 

It will be an iPhone 12, but I see on Sky Mobile they only offer 6GB of data with Apple phones, when other phones are 20, 30, 40GB.

Can this be increased at the time of agreeing a new contract with Sky?

After adding the phone of your choice to the basket page on the next screen you should be able to choose what data package you want and the most you can select is 50GB.
