New Sky Customer - Dish

Recently purchased my first ever Sky subscription and am due to be moving to a new place next month.

The property doesn't have a communal satelite dish, do the Sky team provide one to the engineer on the installation date or is it my responsibiltiy to order one for them to fit?

Also do Sky post out the Sky Q box and Wifi Hub? The installation is due on our move date so I'm concerned they most post the box and wifi hub out to an address we aren't living in yet.

Thanks!

A dish is part of the install.  However, you talk about communal dish - are you allowed to have your own dish installed?

The engineer brings the Q box but the hub is posted in advance.

ah thank you! We've got permission to have one installed so that's all good, will try get in touch with them about changing the delivery address of the hub.

Cheers,

@JamesC95 just be aware Sky don't usually deliver equipment to addresses other than the account address!

Re: New Sky Customer - Dish

Once the hub is dispatched, you will get a text and you can go onto Royal Mail and set up alternative delivery address.

Thanks
