New Remote Control

Hello,

 

I am trying to order a new Remote Control (Sky + HD).

In your online store it says the online store is temporarily unavailable and I have to call.

I called the number and it redirects me to the website - so I couldn't actually get through to anyone to explain my problem.

 

Please can you help me order a new remote?

Have you tried loking in you local supermarket, Argos, Amazon etc... remotes are sold in loads of places
