New Install Software Update fails
TV turned up today, 5 hours later and the software update is still not downloading so still have no TV.
Resets galore by the way and I am pretty tech savvy so before I spend hours on a phone being told to do exactly what I have done a dozen times already has anyone else had this issue and if so any suggestions greatly received

If you've not already tried it unplug TV for 1 minute, plug back in while pressing the power button for 20 seconds. This should reset it and hopefully get you on your way.

Hi. I've just done those steps. It completes the update and goes to checking status page for a while. Then to software error again.

Hi. In the end sky sent me out a new tv and a new puck. These both then worked upon set up without any issues. Sorry I couldn't help more.

Sorry this is me not sure why my username has changed. But sky sent me new tv and a new puck and then they both worked upon setup. Sorry I couldn't be more help
