I already have a Netflix account and don't want to change it to go to my sky account. I click on the Netflix app and go to already hold account, I enter my details. When I click next after password the screen jumps back to the netflix load up when not signed in. No error message appears to say there is an issue with anything.

I am having the exact same problem with Netflix. Trying to login to existing account through app on sky but it it's timing out after 60 seconds and then the screen goes blank. I have tried EVERYTHING suggested by sky and Netflix help guides to no avail.
Has anyone else had this issue?
