Netflix activation

Had sky q installed yesterday and had arranged to move my Netflix account to Sky. I have been unable to link my account via the Netflix app and the link to do this sent via email doesn't work either. I called Sky on the contact number left by the installer and they said they would resend the signal and to wait for 8 hours. I've waited overnight and still nothing. Any suggestions?

Problem solved! Technical support removed Netflix from my account waited a few hours then added it again and activation worked immediately. Thanks for your help

I had the same issue, got an email from Sky to remind me to activate my Netflix account a few days after the intital one. The link worked fine then. So i'd suggest just waiting for this email
