Netfix

Hi, new sky customer and I have another probably dumb question.  I'm on the basic package and I thought that included netflix? I cant see how I watch netflix without first creating an netflix account and paying. Am I being a div and missing something? Thanks.

You need Ultimate TV in your package for Netflix.

@Superjack2005  Not without the appropriate addon.  What they may have meant is you would get the Netflix app on Sky Q (you can stuill use it if you subscribe direct to Netflix).

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Netflix (Ultimate TV) and Sky Signature had been bundled together but I don't know if they still are.

 

Does it list Ultimate TV in your package?

 

If not, can back and tell them what you were promised and they can listen to the recording if required.

 

Ultimate TV only gets you Netflix Basic. If you also have the Sky HD pack, you get Netflix HD (up to two screens/devices), and if you also have the UHD pack, you get Netflix Premium.
