Neftflix not working correctly

- I have Netflix with SKy. It has been working fine until the past week, it is now in Spanish. 
I have looked on line for a resolution. I need to log onto netflix via my laptop to make the changes. However when I have tried this it is saying no Netflix account is registered to my email. Can you please assist with this.

@David66 it is possible your account has been hacked see https://help.netflix.com/en/node/470 for how to sort it.

@David66as @Chrisee said it could have been hacked when you get it sorted out make sure you use a complicated password that you don't use anywhere else particularly not the one you use for Sky.
