Disney + error 1027

I keep getting this error when I try to log into Disney+. I've seen another user has had the same issue & the fix was a factory reset of the box. I'm hoping not to do a reset (I don't want to lose all of my recordings if I can avoid it) so has anyone found any other fixes? I've tried forcing a software update & also done an app refresh from the hidden settings menu which hasn't helped.

@ReaperMan101078  If the only way to resolve the issue is a factory reset, then it looks like thats what you'll need to do.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@GD1 I'm guessing that's probably the case, I'm hoping that someone may have had luck with something else that I can try before I take the nuclear option though.
