Need help with forwarding email from Sky to another email

Sky support are useless, so I thought maybe some of you could actually help. My email forwardng stopped working without any kind of warning. I've gone into my email settings and I cannot change the forwarding email address because there is no option to do so. 

I understand that no new forwarding addresses can be created, only changed. But I didn't turn it off and this is Sky/Yahoo's fault and I'd like the functionality back. What's the best of going about this?

Have you tried loading up the old version to see if you can then make the change before loading up the latest version again. To do this go to Settings and then on the left handside of the page is the option to load up the basic version.

I believe you are correct and they have removed the ability to forward emails, so the only option will be to collect the emails from the other end using POP. You will need to use a generated password to do so.
