Need a New Sky Viewing Card

Hi. 

 

I have stupidly sent back a faulty box with my viewing card in it. 

 

How can I get a new one please?

Update - A new card was issued to resolve the issue

@callananc you would need to contact Sky but I have escalated this to sky

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen inviting you to a chat

I need to get a new Sky Viewing card, as my one is burnt on the chip. It is still working but not sure for how long more.

As it's still working and non urgent, ring Sky to arrange a replacement.

The burning is normal as all cards will do this @IrishB as it is caused by the glue that holds both parts together so inless for some reason that it stops working then you shouldn't need a new card.

I need a new viewing card for my 80 year old mum as hers the chip has bunt on hers. She has no tv or planner for Xmas 😔

The only way to get a replacement card is to ring Sky.

But be mindful that asking late on 23rd December, there is zero chance that she will receive it before Xmas unless Sky can arrange for Santa to deliver it🤪

trying to phone or go on website is like pulling teeth...which is actually where I rushed back from to meet DPD to give them my old box......
