Hello.
Does anyone know why season 12's episodes aren't available in UHD.
So far all four episodes are only available in HD/SD, the most recent seasons were available in UHD.
Will they be available in UHD, if so when?

That is something to ask Sky about to their Viewer Relations team who can be contacted via this email address - viewerR@sky.uk

I've received this reply from Sky, so I think you're right.
Thanks for your email.
I am sorry, NCIS Los Angeles season 12 is not in UHD.
We are constantly improving and adding more UHD content all the time, if you go into our
Even Better in UHD option on Ondemand you can see a selection.
Have you watched Bulletproof - South Africa, its great in UHD.
Best wishes and take care.

Yep, we're dealing with a few challenges around UHD especially with some of the US shows but we're still looking to bring UHD to these shows later this year which includes NCIS.
Thanks,
