MySky Talk Shield settings

Anytime I go into my Talk Shield settings through the My Sky app I get the help settings. Is anyone else having this problem?

Anytime I need to make changes I have go through the browser. This has only started about a week or so ago, had been working fine before this.

I have seen another member posting the same. Have you tried deleting the app then installing it again ?

I downloaded the new my sky app 2days ago because the original one had disappeared . .my talk shield would not load . I phoned sky and was told it was now connected . When I try to access that section . Page is very grey and will not load even after 5 mins . I've re installed it a few times with no difference . .my phone is a Samsung galaxy 6 edge

@ManjK  Hi did you ever get this sorted?

I am experiencing the same thing which just started recently.

If i click on the talk shield settings within the app it takes me to a help page instead and like you i have to go through a browser everytime i need to access settings.

Is this ever going to be fixed?

Its annoying as hell having to go to the website and log in everytime i want to block a number when i should be able to do this from the app quite easily.

Yep still not fixed...And have no idea if they look at it.

Its coming up to 8 months since this was reported and despite sky acknowledging the issue and there having been several app updates,the problem still has not been fixed!

Is this ever going to get looked at?
