MySky Showing wrong phone number
I have just noticed that in MySky - Product Details - Broaband & Talk shows my phone number from my old house.
We changed numbers when moved houses three years back (and I have only just noticed it 🙄)
We couldnt take the number with us and got a Sky Openreach line when we moved, with a new number
Is this one Sky has to change on the back end?
Anyone know if this would impact on options in MySky

When you moved did you transfer your Sky services with you or did you cancel then start again with a new Sky account ?

We transferred the account rather than starting again

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
