Discussion topic: My weeks programming on my planner keeps getting wiped out. Why is this happening?

I like to programme my schedule favourites on a weekly basis. Lately, when I go into my planner/scheduled my programmes have disappeared only to be replaced by "next episode of xxx". This is awful as I keep missing stuff. Why is this happening.

Try a planner rebuild:
Press Services on your remote
Select Help
Select Sky+ Rebuild
This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Try a planner rebuild:
Press Services on your remote
Select Help
Select Sky+ Rebuild
