Re: My sky bill
@Anonymous You're not talking to Sky we are all customers here, if you have come to the end of a discounted period then yes your prices will rise, if you're on benefits and unable to afford it then perhaps you need to revisit the value of the service when on a restricted income and remove the expense?
Sky TV is a luxury not a necessity, broadband is a slightly different issue.

Re: My sky bill
@Anonymous you may be able to agree a new discount deal with Sky if you give them a call. Any deal will be subject to an 18 months minimum term.

Re: My sky bill
Thank you I just called them and they told me they would be 2 minutes the lady on the phone and she never came back somebody else answered and said hello your through to such and such. And it's disgusting the way they treated me is not right the 2nd ady after explaining the other lady told me she would be 2 minutes and never came back she told me. the best they can do at the minute is £63 a month which is still too much money I am on benefits and I cannot afford this.

Re: My sky bill
Speak to sky and see if they can scale back the package, I did this several years ago with VirginMedia, I got rid of the TV package(kept freeview) the broadband went to the lowest pack they had, it's amazing how much you can save. Please don't take this the wrong way, but sometimes you have to prioritise what's needed and what isn't.

Re: My sky bill
What do you get with the £63 per month.
Usually with sky, the first offer is the best offer they will do.
Now, you need to decide whether it is worth it or not and considering what you said about your circumstances, it doesn't sound like it.
ROI sky Q Customer.
If you have questions about Sky, please post on the forums and do not send me private messages about them. I'm only a customer like you.
