My bill has gone up by £30 which is ridiculous.

Also I have a Blue Light Card, am I able to get a discount with this?

An increase of that amount is likely to be because your discount offer has expired. Talk to Sky about a new offer.

Try the Blue Light portal for a Sky discount.

When you took this out you would have been told how long it was going to last for so now is the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a further discount for the next 12/18 months if you agree to a new contract.

Double check to see if that is the price of future monthly bills, you might have used extras such as home phone calls, or paid for something that's not in your contract? If you have used nothing out of your singed contract. Depending on how long you have left on your contract, I would ring up and cancel the contract pay the difference and leave. Then sign up as a new customer using one of your family's name. It will more or likely be halfed in price!

Good Luck!
