My puck keeps switching its self off

My puck keeps switching off on it's own and it then interrupts my entertainment is it faulty

@Nicholas+James+pe  Check the settings of the puck

 

Go to Settings --> Startup and standby - Turn Sleep Timer Off.

hi I have gone on settings and the sleep timer is off stand by is off  I can't get access to the puck settings

This is happening every day I have tried everything that sky has told me to do and it keeps happening

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Hi greenfingers I have done a reset and it has now doing everything it should be doing thanks anyway if it does it again  I know what to do know
