My orders

Good morning, 

my last 3 bills have had dvd orders in them, I still haven't received any of the following dvds that I have ordered, and when I go on my orders it's saying I don't have any orders, I've paid for them, they should be here by now.

also will they come to my new address as I've changed my address with yourselves.

When you placed your Sky Store order @April-Louise  did the emaiils confirm that at the time you placed them that you did order DVDs, the reason I ask this as Sky withdrew all DVDs towatds the end of Mid March so if you did order them then you will receive them but there are ongoing stock issues at present hence the long delay in them being sent.
